Riverside, March 25, 2008 – It has been years in the making, so without further delay I would like to introduce to the public the O’Reilly Brothers Appraisal Group. Brothers Bryon and David O’Reilly set out on their own to put their entrepreneurial skills to the test. The two brothers have years of experience in the field of appraising and with the demand for appraisers in the Inland Empire today, they are set to make some waves. They bring to the table a wonderful mixture of a friendly personalities and a professional grade that will excite any client of theirs.

This new and exciting adventure came about in a conversation back in July of 2007. The two brothers were enjoying a tall glass of Guinness at their favorite Irish watering hole when it hit them. With David’s experience in the Real Estate Appraising Business and Bryon’s experience in helping small businesses thrive, they realized they had the makings of a successful venture. The brothers sat down and devised a business plan in which they noticed many competitive advantages that they would be able to make over their local competitors. The two put the plan in motion and have been rolling ever since.

“We realize the struggles of starting a business in today’s market…the failure rate is through the roof. I have noticed through the years that the key to success in a business is trust, and I could not think of anyone I trust more than Dave,” says Bryon. “He just needs to remember that I am older and much, much wiser,” he said laughing. Bryon is a recent CSU San Bernardino Graduate, with degrees in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing. His playful demeanor keeps the boys attitudes up at and smiles on the face of their clients.

“My brother and I are working at a job that others sometimes only dream of. I get to go to work everyday with my best friend. We laugh and play a lot but when the day is done the amount of work accomplished amazes me” David said. David is the backbone of the business. With four years of experience under his belt in appraising he brings the everyday know how to the business.

The brothers look forward to this new adventure and are excited about bringing such new, fresh faces to the industry. Look for them popping up all over the Inland Empire.
